Conveying Machine for H beam Heavy Duty Production Line for Overturning H beam
Conveying machine and 60°turning machine are all assistant equipment of cantilever welding machine, for one welding area, usually equipped with one group of( two sets) conveying machines and two groups of 60°overturning machines, they share the same hydraulic pump station and electrical control box, with press button placed on operation panel of cantilever welding machine.
One set of conveying machine is composed of one machine frame, four walking wheels, two elevating cylinders and one motor reducer. Its main function:
1) Lifting the workpiece
2) Move the workpiece.
Two sets of conveying machines work synchronize, on the paved rails, lifting the workpiece from roller conveyor, then move onto 60°overturning machines.
